Another PB at parkrun this weekend. Official parkrun timing made it an improvement of 40 seconds but I think they gave me someone else's time, the unofficial Suunto (my watch) timing made it about 30 seconds slower, but still a PB!!!
On Sunday, made another foolish outing to Draycote Country Park for a run around the reservoir and beat last week's time, down to 49m12s so an improvement of 55secs over the 7.6 km distance.
These small but significant improvements are exactly what I need to keep me motivated. Not sure if I'm *ever* going to beat that parkrun PB though.
Not got a lot of training lined up this week except for a quick MTB trip to South Wales - Cwmcarn or Afan, not sure yet. Hopefully I'll be back out of A & E before next Sat's parkrun - which should be good with fancy dress and mince pies.... :)
