Haven't done any since probably before Christmas. Naughty boy!
Well I'm doing some of this on the turbo-trainer with DVD coaching help - had a nice 55 minute hill-climb in Orange County, California last week :)
Indoor cycling is very hot, might need to invest in a big fan, or find some space to set it up in the garage. There's a website www.thesufferfest.com which sells training videos which seem to be well-reviewed. Of course Nick "slow twitch" (http://nicktriathalan.blogspot.com/) just says to get outside and ride for real but he's made of different stuff to me.
Run
Doing ok on this. Which is good cos it's my weakest thing. Parkrun times are steady-ish and I don't feel quite so dead after each event. My local-to-home training loop is now a 4.5km circuit, up from the 2km I used to do, and my times are improving. Practice makes better I suppose (definitely won't ever make perfect in my case). Still need to make a big effort to up the distance.
