My. legs. are. a. machine.

My new running mantra. It's had 1 outing so far and seems to be bedding in nicely - "shaved" 50 seconds off my 4.5 km-around-Southam loop yesterday. Will give it a go tomorrow morning (weather permitting) at parkrun and see what occurs ~:)
 
The idea from the 10-Minute Toughness programme is that it's all mental so I'm starting by detaching my legs and telling them to get on with it. I think lungs are next on the list - those gasping, clawing-for-oxygen air sacs could do with some tough love too, it's all probably just attention-seeking behaviour from them. They'll learn :)
